This wholemeal sourdough is made using a 2-day process with a naturally fermented sour starter base. This gives it a light, aerated texture with crisp shell and great flavour. 

Water, High grade flour, Standard flour, Wholemeal flour, Purple Wholemeal Flour, Olive oil, wheatgerm, Salt, malt syrup, Sugar, Malt flour.
